The sacred mountains of Agung and Lempuyang provide the backdrop to the beautiful northeast coastline of Bali; and to our beautiful Blue Moon Villas. Our small resort nestles on top of a headland overlooking the dramatic landscape of the Bali Sea. You will awaken to spectacular sunrises over Mount Rinjani on the neighboring island of Lombok. During the day you can laze in the pool, gazing out to the distant horizon. The waters only disturbed by the occasional dolphin, flying fish or fishing boat.

In the evening you can dine in our restaurant as the sun sets behind mount Agung and Tulamben, casting amazing sunset skies over the sea. After darkness falls, the skies are again amazing. Lit by so many stars that seem to go on forever. Often in the early hours of the morning shooting stars leave bright trails across the heavens.

Our villas are built to the highest standards by local craftspeople using as
much local materials as possible. We try to be eco-friendly; using solar power
for our hot water, recycling our rubbish and using organic produce whenever
possible. The interior design is simple, elegant, light and bright. We used
the finest cotton and hand-woven fabrics for our bed linen and soft furnishings.
The finest muslins for our mosquito nets. The
location is stunning and we have steps down to the beach which is not far below
us.

BLUE MOON VILLA
This main villa contains:
3
double bedrooms.
3
bathrooms.
Downstairs there is a large open living room with both sitting and dining areas. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed and room for an extra bed if needed. There is a bathroom with bathtub and a separate wonderful outdoor shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and another living area. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The view from here is absolutely spectacular.
This villa can be divided. The top floor can be rented separately as a 2 bedroom penthouse suite. The ground floor as a large 1 bedroom apartment.

BLUE OCEAN VILLA
BLUE HEAVEN VILLA
These two villas are identical in design. Blue Ocean is close to the pool. Blue Heaven is a little more secluded. Each has a double bed with separate dressing area and a sitting area with a day bed that can be used as a child's bed or for an extra guest.
All bedrooms in all 3 Villas have:

THE GARDENS
The gardens were planted by moonlight to give the least stress to the plants and trees. Only organic compost has been used. Now there is an abundance of Frangipani, Bougainvillea, Cempaka, Gardenia and Hibiscus. There are Palm, Mango and Coconut trees. We planted for color, fragrance, and shade. Birds and butterflies are abundant. The Dragonflies love to dip in and out of the fish ponds. The guests love to dip in and out of our swimming pool which is in the center of the gardens. From both the swimming pool and the pool deck, you can view the wide ocean horizon.
